What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and who owns what.

The preview

We may build a website concept for your business before you ask, or after you contact us. Looking at a preview costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Until you decide to launch, the concept remains our work and may be shown as a labelled concept in our portfolio.

Website Launch — $799 one-time

  • Covers everything listed on the pricing page: the responsive website, essential pages, contact, booking and maps integrations, basic on-page SEO, performance optimization, domain connection and launch support.
  • Payment is due when you decide to launch. We finalize content with you, connect your domain and go live.
  • Once launched and paid for, the website — design, content and code — is yours.
  • Work outside the launch scope (online shops, member areas, custom integrations, redesigns) is quoted separately and agreed in writing before we start.

Fulia Care — $49 per month

  • Includes hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, maintenance, technical support and reasonable minor content updates (text, images, hours, a new service on the list).
  • The first 6 months of hosting after launch are free; Care billing begins after that.
  • Billed monthly. Cancel any time; the plan ends at the close of the paid month. We'll hand over your files and help you move hosting.
  • Larger changes are quoted before we begin, never billed as a surprise.

Your domain and content

Your domain is registered in your name and stays under your control; we only handle the connection. You confirm that the text, images and other materials you give us may be used on your website, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights.

What we can't promise

We build for speed, accessibility and search-friendliness, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue. Timelines depend on how quickly content and feedback arrive; we'll always tell you before we start if something will take longer than usual.

Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to the website or the Care plan is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
